Paul Interrante has been a key member of the Couts team since 2014, bringing over 20 years of experience in project management, estimating, and purchasing within the mechanical construction industry. He has successfully managed nearly 50 projects across healthcare, education, and public works, including complex environments like hospital facilities, school modernizations, and design-build projects.

Known for his steady leadership and attention to detail, Paul plays a critical role in delivering projects that are both efficient and high quality. His well-rounded background and hands-on approach ensure strong coordination from preconstruction through closeout.

Beyond his project work, Paul has been instrumental in shaping Couts’ ESOP culture, serving as the company’s first ESOP Committee President and helping foster a strong sense of ownership across the team.

Paul is driven by his faith, attends Harvest Christian Fellowship in Riverside, and deeply values time with his wife, Christy. Outside of work, he enjoys swimming, fishing, and reading.
