Brian Lynch Joins Couts as VP Operations

Brian Lynch has joined the Couts team to lead its construction execution. He brings 3 decades of experience, including 20 years with Certified Air where he was President/Owner. Most recently he was VP Operations at ICS, a San Diego based mechanical firm. Brian resides in San Diego county with his wife, and spends a great deal of time on his ranch with his grandkids. He brings a wealth of experience around the safe execution of complex mechanical design and construction, with a background in Federal/military project work as well.
