I was Born and raised in Riverside, California Worked for the family towing business at an early age, which taught me the meaning of hard work, and built some of my ethics towards completing the job right the first time.

I Served in the United States Army for three years where I completed my High School education. I trained for power generation and ended my service as the NCOIC over the shop office of our maintenance Battalion. This experience helped me understand the worth of great teamwork, a can-do attitude, and the value of challenging work. During this time, I married and soon moved back to the Riverside area. January 1990 I was blessed with the birth of my Daughter Erin Danielle.

September 1996, I re-married to my wonderful wife Rita and adding her Two beautiful Daughters Felisha Ann and Amber Marie, 26 years later Felisha and her Husband Brian blessed us with our first Grandchild Jacob Brian.

I have 28 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, from manufacturing to Service and Account Management, performing construction start up, Controls commissioning, Service repairs as well as Retrofit’s. The last 9.5 years has been with Couts, we are proud of our service repair and retrofit capabilities. Couts has values that compliment mine when it comes to doing the right thing and finding common ground answers to any problem.
