Jordan Dean brings extensive leadership and industry experience to his role as Owner-Direct Sales Manager at Couts. Since joining the company in January 2024, he has played a key role in the startup and growth of the San Diego branch, overseeing sales, management, recruitment, training, project management, and financial reporting.

With over 15 years of sales experience in plumbing service and five years in the HVAC industry, Jordan has a strong background in driving business success. His leadership skills were further honed through his service in the U.S. Army, where he completed multiple deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, Israel, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia, achieving the rank of E-5 in a Non-included unit. His military training includes Airborne, Air Assault, and Special Operations courses, along with certifications in hazardous materials, confined space rescue, and swift water rescue.

Outside of work, Jordan is a dedicated family man, enjoying time with his wife, four children, and two cats. He is passionate about Slow-pitch Softball, everything his kids do, and trying to hide how out of his class he married.
